Q1. How many bundles can make a full head?

A: Generally, 3~4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you want, normally we would recommend you to purchase 4 bundles when the hair length is over 20 inch, and if you want full effect, 4 bundles are necessary as well.

 

Q2. How should I take care of the hair?

A: Treat the hair like your own hair, use good quality shampoo conditioner which will make your hair soft and shiny. You can use some gel or spray to keep your hair in its style, olive oil will be a good choice to make your hair healthy.

 

Q3. How long will the hair last?

A: With proper care and nurse, the hair can last over a year. But constant heat styling, coloring, and improper care will shorten the life of the hair significantly.

 

Q4. What kind of dying products should I choose?

A: We recommend Revlon Colorsilk Dye and other Salon Pro Level dying and bleaching products. Deep condition is necessary after dye or bleach. Low quality dye products will damage the hair, we are not responsible for customer improper process.

 

Q5. Why the hair has grey hair?

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle. 

 

Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time?

A: We will ship the goods within 24 hours, shipment will take 3-5 days.

 

Q7. Why was my item/order canceled?

A:Your order had been canceled for the following reasons: 1.Item(s) became unavailable after your order was placed 2.Difficulty in processing your payment information 3.Inability to ship to the address provided If you have questions or would like to place a new order please contact us

 

Q8. I cancelled my order, When will I receive my refund? 

A: Usually it takes about 7 working days for SVT to process the refund. 

 

Q9. Is there any Customs tax? 

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a message when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

 

Q10. What is your Returns/Exchange policy? 

A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Damaged or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
